ABOUT THIS MONTH'S SACRED WOMEN'S CIRCLE: ⭕️

We invite you to a sacred and beautiful space for women to sit in circle & ceremony, with Blue Lotus^ tea on arrival to support our journey. This month we will call in deep grounding, emotional awareness and embodyment through 3 powerful activities: a body scan, the creation of a personal storymap, and practice of the ancient microcosmic orbit meditation.

You will be safely guided through all evidence-based, trauma-informed activities, by your qualified and experienced hosts.

Expect an invitation to connect deeply with yourself, and others, to listen compassionately to yourself and others, and to access your inner wisdom. Our aim to for you to leave with clarity, whilst feeling warm, connected and supported.

WHO IS THIS FOR? 👯‍♀️ 💃

The Circle is suitable for all people 18+ who identify as women, and who are interested or curious to explore meditation, spirituality, and healing through creative and holistic, evidence-based therapeutic approaches, from qualified and experienced therapists.

Expect a deep dive into stillness, reflection, sharing and connection. Touch your inner wisdom. The Circle occurs monthly. BRING:

A water bottle, comfortable clothing, a journal (optional) and an open heart.

ABOUT BLUE LOTUS TEA

^Blue Lotus (Nymphaea caerulea) is a water lily. It has been used in traditional medicine for thousands of years as a natural aphrodisiac, sleep aid, and anxiety reliever. Full of antioxidants, and great for the skin, it may lift your mood, whilst having a calming and euphoric effect. Contraindications: anyone on diabetes medication as it may lower blood sugar levels. Dopamine-related medication. Please check with your medical physician if you are on prescription medication. Also not recommended for women pregnancy or breastfeeding.

ABOUT YOUR HOSTS:

BARBARA KOSA

Barbara is a Women's Empowerment Coach, Reiki Master/Teacher, EFT Practitioner and Soul Coach "I nurture and support women to connect in with their authentic self and inner wisdom. To trust their intuition and feel empowered to take their skills, gifts and wisdom out into the world to live their best life.

I give consultations and workshops in Reiki, EFT and Soul Coaching which allows clients to delve deeply into inner work, promotes stress release and supports them in their own self healing.

I facilitate Programs and Workshops aimed at Empowering Women such as The Soul Coaching 28 Days Transformational Program and Soul Coaching Vision Board Workshop. I am also recently accredited to teach Reiki Level 1 and will start running these in early 2024."

HELENE COLLARD

Helene Collard is a Reiki Master Teacher and founder of the Yemaya Centre for Reiki & Wellbeing. Helene began formal studies and personal practice in holistic healing in 2006 and graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Trauma & Healing (Indigenous Studies) in 2011. Helene has been designing and leading wellbeing-focused courses, circles and workshops since 2009, has been in private practice since 2016, and has been writing her monthly 'universal energy update' 'Natural Law' (published in The Nimbin Good Times) for 13 years.
