A peaceful and relaxing treatment that acts as a reset button for your mental, physical, emotional and spiritual body. It's no surprise studies consistently show Reiki decreases stress, relieves physical and emotional pain, and improves mood. Each treatment is fully customised to your needs. Reiki is a holistic treatment that activates the natural healing capacity, and is relaxing, clearing and aligning. Reiki Treatments are delivered in-person, or by distance - where you can receive in the comfort of your own home.

Specific Healing & Activation

Rainbow Light Session 90mins/$150

Helene has developed the Rainbow Light Session after a decade of Reiki practice, trauma and healing work, and personal healing. These treatments are recommended when there is significant 'energy' present (i.e. an emotion, situation, transition, old issue resurfacing). After a pre-treatment consultation, these sessions utilise the power of raising one's consciousness in order to encourage and support the healing process. Therefore, a customised, guided visualisation forms the basis of this Session. In addition to Reiki, the Rainbow Light Session may include: (depending on what’s required) ancestral healing, karmic healing, healing at different ages, and the use of light energies (e.g. earth, rainbow, star) for specific clearings and activations.

Session 1, 2hrs/$200 (initial intake + heart attunement)
For Sessions 2, 3 and 4: Reiki @ 90mins/$100 each (follow-up sessions)

The Healing Heart Attunement uses the same high-frequency energies used in Reiki course attunements, for the purpose of healing. This transformational process opens a spiritual door where powerful Reiki energies are able to flow, consciousness is raised, negative energy is cleared away and change happens.

The heart attunement is most effective when someone is: stuck in a particular aspect of life, experiencing something that is holding them back, or to assist with depression, sadness, loss and grief. The Healing Heart Attunement is for those who are committed to entering a healing process, and are willing to follow through with the 4-week process described below.

Session 1 (2hrs) Heart Attunement: I call this session 'the work' - you are seated in a chair for this consultation. We have a lengthy discussion about what needs to clear. Persistent issues in the present, have deep roots in the past. Using my knowledge in trauma and healing, together with my intuition, we meander through different times and experiences in your life until, together, we ultimately identify the key issue (root cause), which becomes the key theme for the 4-week healing process. Helene then performs the heart attunement, which targets the clearing and healing of the key issue.

Sessions 2, 3 and 4 (90mins ea) Reiki Sessions: These sessions always involve a check-in to review the key issue (identified in Session 1), then we see how you are going and what has come up/changed/integrated from week to week. Helene devises a tailored treatment plan - and makes a recommendation on the treatment approach.

Important: 21-day Cleanse

The Heart Attunement triggers a 21-day cleansing process (or healing crisis) in the body. A commitment to purification (in diet and lifestyle) is recommended for the duration of the 21-day cleanse, in order to work together with the healing process. More information on the 21-day cleanse is available on request. The Healing Heart Attunement process provides a holistic, continuity of care approach to you, throughout your powerful transformation.

Refresher Attunements 90mins/$150

It is true that once you have completed the attunement/s required for each Reiki level, you retain that level for life.

However additional attunements for the same level, bring benefit and add value to that level, including, refinement of the Reiki energy one is channelling, increasing the strength of the energy, healing of personal problems, clarity of mind, increased psychic sensitivity and a raised level of consciousness.

Refresher attunements are also useful when a student wants to progress with a new Reiki Master, and/or studied Reiki a long time ago.

Refresher attunements are available for Reiki students who can:

provide evidence they have completed a Reiki Course at the level for which they seek a refresher attunement (e.g. Reiki manual, certificate of completion)
display a reasonable level of competence with the relevant Reiki theory for that level

If you do not meet the above requirements, it may be best to re-do the Reiki course in full to ensure you are back up to speed with your current level. Each situation is unique - Please contact Reiki Master Teacher Helene Collard to discuss your situation in more detail.

The refresher attunement session is 90 minutes in duration and will trigger a 21-day cleansing process.
