This transformational package includes: 1x 2hr Healing Heart Attunement (in-person only) 3x 60min Reiki session 1x 90min Reiki session 5x 30min check-in sessions (phone or video) WHEN BOOKING Book the first 2hr appointment. 24-DAY CLEANSE The attunement you receive in the first session, will activate a 21-day process of purification. It is recommended you begin to detox your diet and lifestyle 3-days prior to the attunement, and for 21-days after. WHO IS THIS FOR? High-frequency Reiki energy transmissions are shared for the purpose of healing core issues. Follow-up sessions further promote healing, whilst offering trauma-informed care. This transformational process is most effective when someone is: feeling stuck or held back by old patterns, and/or to assist with depression, sadness, loss and grief. The Healing Heart Attunement is for those who are feeling ready to commit to breaking a cycle, and want a continuity of care and support along the way. ​ Session 1 (2hrs) Heart Attunement: I call this session 'the work' - you are seated in a chair for this consultation. I support you to identify what needs to clear. Persistent issues in the present, have deep roots in the past. With my guidance and support, you will identify the key issue (root cause), which becomes the central theme for the healing process. You receive the heart attunement, which begins the detox and healing process. ​ Sessions 2, 3 and 4 (60mins each) Reiki Sessions: In-person. These sessions involve a check-in to review the key issue (identified in session 1), and what has come up/changed/integrated from week to week, followed by a Reiki treatment. ​ Session 5 (90mins) Longer check-in + Reiki treatment and debrief. Cancellation Policy

Please contact me at least 24hrs before your pre-course consultation appointment should you need to reschedule. Please choose carefully, fees paid for courses or treatments are non-refundable, however they can be held in credit, or transferred to another name - to be redeemed within 6 months, after which time they are forfeited.
