Natural Law - March 2022

We are all self-governing.

Let us call upon our ancestors, Elders and teachers - past and present,

to guide us in the way of the Heart.

You are all my relations. All is One.

Namaste: The Spirit in me, Sees the Spirit in You

Your body is your biography. Your body holds the story of your life (what happened to you) and as a result, how you do life. Because even if you experienced the same thing as someone else, we each have a unique way of processing it.

Often, we have no control over what happened to us. However, there is opportunity to become conscious around how we do life, on the daily. The keyword is ‘conscious’.

When life happens to us, it happens to our whole biology! Our bones, organs, muscles - all our cells react and reorganize, according to what we experience. Subsequently, trauma doctor, Robert Scaer aptly named his book ‘The body bears the burden’ (2007).

Our physical body is our connection to the earth. Embedded in our body are the codes to the land, water, plants, human & other animals, ancestors & spiritworld, and the skyways. Our mortal body houses our spirit/soul, which is eternal. Wowee!

Towards the end of last year, I sat with a master herbalist and medicine woman, who, with permission from her teachers –Indigenous knowledge keepers, offered sacred knowledge from the South America’s, particularly the Andes region.

During this time, I heard so much that continues to percolate within me. Here is what I want to share now. There are two kinds of energy – sami (light) and hucha (heavy). Regarding the hucha – I was told that this heavy energy is not mine, and it never was. And furthermore, that hucha is not from this planet.

This healing and knowledge, was given and received so purely, it has affected me deeply. It has and still is, changing my whole way of knowing, being and doing in this world.

This healing and knowledge activated a deep truth that the earth and all life on it, including me (and all humans) are pure sami, and all the hucha that we feel here, comes from somewhere else (not this planet).

This new knowledge gave me a deeper appreciation for Reiki – the universal healing energy, that holds a higher conscious intelligence and always works for the highest good of all. This new knowledge instilled in me a greater humility and respect for my role of practicing and teaching Reiki. I remembered those students who shared how they are drawn to send Reiki 'light' to areas of land and waterways that carry deep hucha, or, those that have injured, neglected, or frightened animals arriving on their doorstep to receive the 'light' of Reiki, or, those that feel the presence of an ancestor or spirit guide more profoundly, just before, during or after receiving or learning Reiki.

I feel a deep reverence toward all other forms of lightwork happening around the world. All increasing our felt sense of sami for ourselves, each other, all life forms and crucially, the Great Mother - Earth.

We all have our natural ways of igniting sami within ourselves and our communities. Focus on generating the light energy - what you focus on, increases.

My deepest gratitude to all who light up the world with sami, creating safe, light and clear passageway for the hucha to move through.

Due to the impact of flood waters at the Yemaya Centre ... Yemaya is going mobile. Helene will come to you and give you an energy healing session or support you to create a flood story map - for free. These can assist in processing through the time pre-, during, and after the flood. These can be done as an individual session, or as a group, with participants on a chair or the floor, as I lost all my tables in the flood. It can also include smudging you and your house. Best contact is 0405 656 797 or Facebook messenger.

You are all my relations. All is One.

Blessings of Love & Light,

Miss H (Helene)

This edition of Natural Law is dedicated to the people of Lismore and surrounds who have been severely impacted by flood. In the midst of great loss, the community has ignited a crevice of sami (light energy) that continues to grow and expand each day. Open your heart to fully receive this light.
